2. Parking Reservation
Due to the shortage of parking spaces, these will be allocated by random draw.
Will all those who would like to reserve a parking space please e-mail the Secretary (see above) and include you name, affiliation, phone number, e-mail (or Fax number) and car registration number before 9:00 am 19/10/2002. Application will be acknowledged by e-mail. You will also be informed of the result by 24/10/2002.
Hourly parking is available within the hospital compound as well as in nearby car parks.
Amendment of Constitution
There is a proposal to amend our Constitution during the AGM. Please refer to Notice to AGM and our webpage.
