HKIAP Poster Printing Service

HKIAP has partnered with local printing services to provide poster printing services delivered to the meeting for on-site pick-up. This is an optional service for attendees to prepare posters for the scientific meeting.

Instructions:

Please send an image file of the poster (.pdf, .jpg or .tiff) and full name of the applicant to HKIAPsecretariat@gmail.com, applicants will receive a confirmatory email with instructions on online credit card payment. Printing will be processed once payment is received. The poster will be delivered directly to the meeting venue.

File specifications:

Poster size is A0 (849 x 1189 mm) at 300 dpi. No editing or scaling will be provided.

Price:  50 USD

Terms: Payment must be completed 7 calendar days before the meeting commences.
